OLIY TA’LIMDA TALABALAR MOTIVATSIYASINI OSHIRISHNING SAMARALI PEDAGOGIK USULLARI
Abstract
Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida talabalar motivatsiyasi o‘qitish samaradorligini belgilovchi eng muhim omillardan biridir. Oliy ta’lim tizimida talabaning o‘qishga bo‘lgan ichki va tashqi motivlarini rivojlantirish orqali uning o‘quv faoliyati, mustaqil fikrlashi va ijodkorligi kuchayadi. So‘nggi yillarda pedagogik psixologiya sohasidagi tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ta’limda motivatsiyani oshirish o‘qituvchi tomonidan qo‘llaniladigan metodlarning zamonaviylik darajasi va interaktivlikka asoslanganligiga chambarchas bog‘liqdir (Deci & Ryan, 2017).
