ALTRUIZMNING GENDER XUSUSIYATLARI

Maqolada altruistik xulq-atvorning gender jihatlari nazariy-qiyosiy tahlil asosida o‘rganilgan. Muallif altruizmni tushuntiruvchi evolyutsion, ijtimoiy almashuv, empatiya-altruizm va ijtimoiy rollar nazariyalarini qiyoslab, ularning gender tafovutlarini izohlash imkoniyatlarini baholaydi. Xorijiy tadqiqotlar natijalari umumlashtirilib, erkaklar va ayollarda altruizmning umumiy darajasi emas, balki uning namoyon bo‘lish shakllari, sohalari va motivatsion asoslari farqlanishi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, gender stereotiplari, tarbiya va madaniy kontekstning ushbu tafovutlarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ko‘rsatiladi. Maqola yakunida O‘zbekiston sharoitida mavzuni empirik o‘rganish istiqbollari bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
