Mazkur tezisda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ma’muriy sudlar faoliyati samaradorligini baholashning institutsional mezonlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda ma’muriy sudlar samaradorligini aniqlashda sud mustaqilligi, yurisdiksiya amaliyotining shakllanganligi, protsessual sifat, sud qarorlari ijrosi, institutsional infratuzilma va raqamlashtirish darajasi kabi omillarning o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Olib borilgan tahlil natijasida ma’muriy sudlar faoliyatini baholashning kompleks institutsional modeli taklif etilgan.
