THE ROLE OF JUDICIAL-LEGAL REFORMS IN ELEVATING HUMAN DIGNITY
Abstract
Over the past short period, Uzbekistan has carried out extensive work in the judicial-legal sphere, alongside all other fields. In particular, the Decree "On Measures to Further Reform the Judicial-Legal System and Strengthen Guarantees for the Reliable Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms" was adopted. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the comprehensive measures taken to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set forth therein have truly launched a new stage of reforms in the judicial-legal sphere.
