This thesis provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of institutional-legal mechanisms for the protection of labour rights and their systemic integration. The study examines the structure and functioning of key institutions involved in labour rights protection, including labour inspectorates, judicial bodies, trade unions, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, as well as their inter-institutional coordination.
The types of legal mechanisms ensuring the protection of labour rights are analyzed, including preventive supervision, administrative enforcement measures, judicial remedies, and collective bargaining instruments. Their effectiveness and consistency in practical law enforcement are evaluated in the context of modern labour governance.
The research also explores the institutional foundations of labour rights protection, focusing on systemic integration, digital transformation of labour administration, electronic employment systems, and data-driven monitoring mechanisms. Special attention is given to the harmonization of national labour legislation with international labour standards.
In addition, the thesis identifies key challenges in the labour rights protection system, such as informal employment, institutional fragmentation, and uneven enforcement practices. It further highlights emerging trends including risk-based inspection systems, digital labour governance, and enhanced social dialogue mechanisms.
Finally, the study formulates scientific and practical conclusions aimed at improving institutional coordination and strengthening the effectiveness of labour rights protection under conditions of ongoing institutional transformation.
