JOINT-STOCK COMPANY AS AN INDEPENDENT SUBJECT OF LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract

In this work, the author has mainly scientifically analyzed the definitions given by scientists to joint-stock companies and the legal concepts established in the current legislation. The exact definition of a joint-stock company shows it as a separate and independent subject of civil legal relations, and also defines the aspects that distinguish it from other subjects. The author proposes to analyze the tariffs established by domestic and foreign scientists for legal entities with this type of organizational and legal form, and on their basis propose to amend the legislation on the protection of the rights of joint-stock companies and shareholders.
