ОСНОВНЫЕ КОНЦЕПЦИИ ПРАВА НА ЗДОРОВЬЕ В СОВРЕМЕННОМ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМ ПРАВЕ

статья рассматривает основные подходы к праву на здоровье в международном праве. Показано, как это право развивалось от ранних социальных инициатив в Латинской Америке до закрепления в документах ВОЗ и ООН. Освещены ключевые принципы, такие как доступность, качество, участие и недискриминация. Отмечены трудности реализации права на здоровье в странах с переходной экономикой, таких как Республика Узбекистан. Подчеркнуто значение новых вызовов-пандемий, цифровых технологий и климатических изменений. Автор делает вывод о необходимости не только признания права, но и создания четких механизмов его защиты.
